while on my way home some days back from sailing, i was looking through my phone and i found this message from teo some time back. it was a bible verse from 1 thessalonians 5:16 - 18 it reads: " Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." how apt it is for a time like this. interschools, muscle pull, common tests and all. grant me strength.

on my way home just now, i was just reflecting and i remb soonks once asked me smth like if it was hard to be nice to be everyone around you. i remb telling him to be nice to everyone cause the bible tells us to love out enemies as well. it is indeed hard to practice what i preach. i myself struggle with that too. okay this is incoherrent. it shows the confused state i am in now. and i am glad for the ice cream yest. thanks keith=) that made me felt better. i will be here for you when you need someone too. okay this is really unorganised and all. i should stop.

Father, i ask You grant the team strength and good health for the coming 2 weeks. for us to be able to sail well and study hard and not be distracted by other stuff. i ask for wisdom for the races and the determination to hang on in there, the courage to fight on and perseverance to endure, the motivation to do our best and for good weather and the right conditions for us to do well. for us to keep the school flag soaring and that the glory of winning may it be for You. amen.
