lets talk about love.

its something i thought i knew, but it seems that you have opened a pandora's box. maybe not pandora's but it made me question alot.

okay and so, there are so many types of love around us.

firstly there is love for our God and His love for us. this transcends everything and is the most powerful sort of love. i have no idea how to pen this down, but i guess you have an inkling of what i am trying to say here.

and then, there is love for my family. again, i wont bother penning this down. those who know me well enough should know that i come from a very blessed and loving family and they are something which i treasure alot, though i may express myself differently at times. i cannot imagine life without any of them. home will feel so bare and empty.

and then, there is love for my darlings. like 4mian8fang, jean, xinling, bel, mel, yi zhen, samk, jane, jen, hairin, choong, ire, weiling, hannah, leanne, noelle, jiayi and the list goes on and on.

and then lastly, there is also romantic love. this is something very special. not that the others are not special. its just that this is more special in a special sense at least to me. and so, i ask myself, what is romantic love? i thought i knew what it was. but maybe, now i dont know. or maybe i know it just that it is somewhere deep down where i will have to dig through my past and then bury some of them. oh well, i am still thinking. but 1corithians 13 is still my favourite chapter in the bible. maybe i can get a rough idea from there.

sunday school today was great. i gained a whole new perspective to discerning God's will for us. what daniel shared is something definitely worth remembering. i will tell jean about it tmr. i miss telling her what i learnt in sunday school. haha tmr night, i am definitely looking forward to it. jean agrees to go to tea party simply because i adore that place. sweet right? i have a feeling today is going to be perfect. and so i need to go now, my sister's party is starting real soon byebye=)
